I just brewed my Tripel recipe but substituted a healthy dose of Vic Secret and Sabro from my standard hop addition. Looks like fermentation has stopped. Went from 1.096 down to 1.012. Potent brew!

Lou, ever try Kveik yeast? You could knock out a few batches for your Halloween party in no time. Full fermentation in 2-3 days.
Gotta say, I'm loving these Tropical IPA's. Somehow, I missed them over the last few years. Probably just ordered what I'm familiar with. Not the cloudy, NEIPA style, just a clear, mango, pineapple, passion fruit, whatever fruit thing. Nice.
