I write off 5% of mortgage and bills. Office makes up 5% of the house by SF space.
The only thing that might make it attractive for the headache is if I actually built the area out and could deduct the entire expense. Not sure if that's feasible.
Should be able to at least claim the interwebs tab as a work expense for the Rona months
