The corn is in!!  I'm gonna get a dozen of that Sweet Iowa Magic and will report back.  Anybody had any sweet corn from your respective area?  I may have to try some different ways of cooking and dressing it up just for fun!

Just did some of the old standby - boil for about 4-5 minutes, slather with butter and salt. Om nom.

I may have to sneak a little Greek seasoning or everything bagel seasoning on for kicks!
