I did a little yard work today whilst the 40 degree temps were strong. A week ago I had to prune a tree to keep the fecker squirrels out of my roof gutters. I think they were pondering setting up residence in my attic! Bundled up 3 nice batches of branches and moved to curb. Squirrels better back off cause next step is Daisy Pellet Power. I think we only got 3 inches forecast down here.

Day 2 locked in the house with my wife, had no power for most of the first.
Helped my neighbor get his truck out so power line crew could cut trees and am about to make a journey to the store for a couple things to make chili.
If I was locked in the house with my wife I'd have her walking crooked for at least a week
I had about 1 or 2 inches of near frozen sleet. Pain in the ass to scrape and snow throw. Ha d to take two passes. One the rough up the surface with the wheel chains and again to get down the the surface.
