My wife and I use hot pepper flakes often. The generic flakes no longer do the trick. I saw an ad on Facebook for these, so I ordered some for a stocking stuffer for my wife. I haven't tried them yet but the customer service is fantastic - they sent an extra jar and a bunch of sample packets. I'll try a sample pack soon. Flatiron Pepper Co.

I use them in all kinds of recipes. I get the 14oz big jugs from Sams.

Yes, worlds better than the generic supermarket "crushed red pepper," though i used to use that heavily as well before finding Flatiron.

Glad ya'all are all boushie up in here. Poor old Mexas can't do designer pepper and has to do the bulk at the box store.
