Picking up two.sacks of bugz Saturday
Brisket was on sale this week. Select @2.27 lowest I've seen in awhile so I said feck it and take muh munney.
Bought a flat from a neighbor that runs a small beef and hog operation. Looking forward to trying it on the pitboss.
If it works well, I'll send my meat $ their way.
3 8.5lb butts. I'm not as experienced with pork like you yankees Lou. Yhese guys hit 170 in like 3 hours and I already wrapped. They may be done early. I was figuring 10 hours but that's not gunna hold true.
I'm going to try some pork ribs on my electric smoker today. I will post pics later.
