As part of my ongoing planning for shtf, I've acquired some Baofeng radios, and soon a base station will be added.
I need to get licensed now.
I've always kept frs radios around and in the vehicles, just wanted to upgrade.
I've got a GMRS license, but I haven't buckled down to get my Tech license. The test isn't hard, I'm just lazy.
I do some professional radio. But that's no help to you.

Thought about getting the Tech license but honestly it seems like most ( non Boomer-Fuds) people now give the middle finger to the Feds and figure the airways belong to errybody.
