I was in Tulum in '86 and it was literally just a gate to the ruins and a small shack with a picnic table that sold a little food next to the parking lot.

Ha, i wish. I was trying to say the opposite where I've poured more soul-void equity into a returnless endeavor to keep it alive so i have something to do other than spend time with my family. *fist pump*
