I don't get why JoeBama thinks we should pay other countries for energy when we can be self sufficient. Further, if global warming is such a huge deal why allow other countries who pollute without concern sell us fuel? Gas is definitely gonna cost more, heck everything at the grocery is going up too. Inflation is gonna be a BIG problem over next 4 years IMHO.
I wonder Putin has some Hunter Intel in his back pocket?

It's a heck of a way to sidestep the legislative process in getting minimum wage raised too - just make unemployment so easy and generous that nobody wants to go sweep floors unless they're paying you twenty bucks an hour.

Cedar Point in Ohio is paying people $20 an hour because they are having trouble finding workers. In June they had to shut down on Mondays and Tuesdays because of lack of workers.
If you are a kid looking for a job times are good. My daughter, who is going to be a senior in high school next year, recently got a job working at Jimmy John's. They start at $11 hour. She tells me most of her teeny bopper friends don't work though. Oddly, they all drive brand new Jeeps around town that are like $50k. Way to go mom and dad!

Harbor Freight in my town is offering $14.80/hour to new hire floor workers. Granted you have to pick up some heavy stuff occasionally and put up with old farts arguing over expired coupons and bitchin they can't get free flashlights any more but still....
15 is going to be minimum wage by default as Lou noted.

Oil is now at a 7 year high and gas prices are legit about to assplode.
WTF is Dementia Joe thinking? We went from energy independence to back to importing from people that hate us.
