A BFB story - Trub Lou - 04-11-2021
Was making pizzas last night. Crust had been fermenting since Thursday and rolled out/stretched beautifully. Sauce had simmered all day and had a brilliant dominance of fennel and onion, just the way I love it. Assembled pizza on a peel and took it out to slide it on to the grill.
I walk out the door, turn toward the grill, and a gust of wind came by, had to be around 40 mph, and the fucker blew like 2/3 of the pepperoni right off my pizza.
Feck the wind.

Feck the dog with her pepperoni farts.

Lol. I have had my flag down for last week cause of the crazy winds. I've had 3 flagpoles tore off my house in the past few years. Good for your dog though!!!
