My preferred pronouns - Trub Lou - 06-12-2021 Is there anything more useful somebody can put into an email signature? It's even more direct and to the point than just having it say "don't feel any need to take me seriously." My only request is that people who want to do this should put it right at the top of an email rather than in the signature at the end. You could save me several more seconds of reading before knowing I can just ignore your silly woke ass. Thanks in advance. RE: My preferred pronouns - Stank Delicious - 06-12-2021 Or you could be a dick and buy that square foot in Scotland and INSIST everyone call you Lord. RE: My preferred pronouns - Trub Lou - 06-12-2021 Can't you just *identify* as a lord and not have to deal with all that technical messiness to make it "true"? Truth is what makes you not a moron. RE: My preferred pronouns - Trub Lou - 06-13-2021 While I hope it's short lived, the current trend in progressive social circles seems to be a race for who can be the *bigger* moron. "Oh, you've already got 'the USA was founded in 1619' covered? Well then I guess I'll just teach first graders how to flick the bean. Do I win?" They're ravenous for new ways to broadcast their awareness and devotion to ... man I'm not even sure what they're worshiping anymore. My buddy was filling out an online form for his 5 year old daughter to attend dance class. There were like 10 options for the gender section. "Male, nonbinary, genderqueer, female, trans-female, trans-male, prefer not to say, not able to say ..." For a group of 5 year olds.
