Collagen Peptides!?! - Augie91 - 02-05-2022

Anybody take Collagen Peptides?  They are supposed to be good for your nails, skin, and joint pain.  Getting old type of stuff.  I bought a few containers and have been taking a few times a day, one scoop in a propel drink.  Taking mostly for joint stiffness bit I do have a few crows feet and whatnot.  No noticable effects yet, will report back....

Given all his skin expertise, I'm curious what Vagus thoughts are especially Smile

Supplements are generally useful if you have a deficiency. So, if you're not producing enough collagen due to some dietary deficit, then the supplements will help. I recently started taking a joint supplement (chondroitin and glucosamine). Given my heavy lifting schedule, i was apparently deficient and its helped joint recovery considerably.

So try it for a month or two. If you notice a difference, then it's worth your money (skin has a turnover of about 28 days). If you don't trash it and spend the cash on booze. So thirsty.
