Those are super popular and pricey for what you get. They remind me a lot of boat shoes and would be good beach wear I'm guessing?! If your wife likes them I'd go for it. Happy wife happy life. And encourage her to wear stuff you like....wink wink...
The sandals and slipons are pretty sweet.
