Eggs Benedict. Yum.
Counting, I required 5 pots/pans, two large bowls, and two cutting boards for what looks on the surface like a simple enough dish. And that doesn't count what it took to make the Canadian bacon last month. But man, it's so freaking worth it.
I need to grill up some steaks and just drown them in hollandaise, then die a happy heart attack.
