Very proud of my boy who gets Confirmed this weekend. He is my hero. These past few years have been tough on us all, but he faced a storm before that. It is my prayer that he will witness to his storm to inspire others. He is very quiet and almost ashamed to share his journey with others. His strength in what he dealt with continues to inspire me. I struggle with Faith at times because these past few years have been trying. Carrying crosses is tough. My earnest hope is that the LOVE in people's hearts can shine thru.
Say Prayers or vibes for Isaac this weekend!!!

That's pretty cool. Long ceremony? Are you having a party afterward?

There's 60 kids getting Confirmed so the ceremony will be probably 1 1/2 hours?! About 30+ extra minutes on top of regular 45 minute Mass I'm guessing. We are going to cook a nice dinner at home for him and take him out to his favorite restaurant next week when it is less busy.
