What's everyone got going for the weekend?! Our oldest has graduation from high school so tons of senior awards, parties, graduation Mass etc. I'll be glad when it is all over. Lots of sitting around, taking pictures. Aside from pride for her 4.0 accomplishment the rest is kinda boring.
Local Granite City has $6 growler fills. I need to fill at least one for the weekend!!

BBQ, homebrew and hang out in the pool. The weather is supposed to be good/great. Hopefully the kids will come over for a while.

Local Kroger has both brisket 1.97 and ribs 1.77 on sale so I am picking up several of each. Planning on cooking a brisket Sunday and having friends over. Puppy adoption event on Saturday so hopefully we will be down to just a couple of dogs left after that.
Monday the kid comes back for Peru so that is going to be the highlight of the weekend having her back and safe.

Productive day for me. I started a brew early (Bananza Porter) and finished by 12:30. After that, i made some dough for pizza tonight then ran off to Wal-Mart for a 6' folding table for next week's epic pool party! Next was some pool drinking which I'm still doing now.

Daughter's throw down grad party. The folks that did most of the work were a blessing. 3 sharp gals had a party to be proud of. Curious to see what kind of $$haul$$ the daughter brought in. Excited for freshman orientation next week. I'm old, but ready to watch them exit the nest!!!!
