I bought a smoker
#1
I had a gift card for Bass Pro so I decided to get an electric smoker... Masterbuilt MES 130.  I went electric because I don't want to have to mess around with charcoal or propane.

Any recipes to share?

I am thinking about doing some Wings for the game Sunday.

Anything you make in a grill or oven.

Wings, meatloaf, PIZZA, roasts. Try smoked pecan maple ice cream.

I'd be afraid the ice cream would melt.

Order of operation matters for sure

I got an MES smoker and it works pretty good! I mostly do pork butts and smoked salmon on it. Get a smoking tube so you can use pellets with it! Do the rib rub cream cheese brick with crackers thang![Image: 425901c97104f25b540501908a221494.jpg]

I have been considering a Vertical Propane smoker for small quick cooks. Let errbody know how you like it.

Have you ever tasted stuff cooked on a propane smoker?  I can always tell.  Not terrible but I'm not a fan.

Pellets are as easy as propane and taste like wood fire.
I rarely turn on any other outdoor cooking devices.

I have a Weber Smoky and a Master electric. I use the electric 90% of the time. It's so easy and makes equally well bbq.

Do you have any success with ribs?  What method do you use?  I suck at ribs and need some help!!
