What Y'all getting into today?
This is the first year I have everything auto-watered with sprinkler zones.

It's not pretty, and the raspberries are still not under control, but the peppers and tomatoes are doing really well, as well as some cantaloupe, cucumber, and sunflowers that my daughter put in.

Pretty ugly here. Two pepper plants disappeared, no stem nub left - just gone. The others are doing just OK. I forgot to put a little fertilizer at the bottom of the hole. Tomatoes are doing well but the cages are starting to fall over already. I did a crappy job setting them but I'm lucky I got anything in the ground this year.

My daughter planted and cultivated a small lettuce forest for me. omfg lettuce. Very successful. The wife put some stuff in raised beds and it was eaten by deer. Then she turned 40 the next freaking day like getting super old super fast was an excuse.

Jeez. All I can boast rn is my cucumbers are doing excellent. No maters yet but I did seeds and they are way late.

Our first batch of fermented pickles is ready.

I was late getting ours in. Corn and tomatoes look good. The garden has been mud for over a week and a half, and I think it has actually hurt part of a row of green beans. They're wilted anyways. I put sevin over beans, cukes and squash in case it was a critter. Plus I like using Sevin because I know it drives the chemicals are evil crowd nuts.

Big 4th Plans? I'm spending the weekend at a buddies lake house. Gotta work Monday, Tuesday off.

Fecking blows not to get a long weekend, but I'm seeing most businesses are open Monday.
