Tomorrow is a crawfish boil that my daughter asked for. Hey Mexas, remember that little kid, she turns 20 this week. So I have 50lbs of crawfish and 10 lbs of big shrimp as well as a 15 lb brisket for the non-seafood eating pansies.
Sunday I talked my MIL out of the traditional ham for Easter and I a going to smoke a standing rib roast. |
