Party boats are the way to go during snapper season, if it is closed save your money.
Be careful on beach horses, lots of those outfits should be closed down for not caring for or adequately feeding the horses. They had a gun on Matagorda that had em in a corral with zero hay or shade, was happy to see him get closed down.
