That's the aim here, my good man. Anybody who is tired of the drama and constant bitching should feel welcome to swing by, kick up their feet, grab a cold one, and stay a while.  Just kind of a fresh start, or an alternative, I guess.  I don't have any particular ill will towards anybody, but after the last round of chicken mcnuggetry, it was clear that the old place has a serious infection, and was swirling the drain.  Maybe we just need a purge every decade or so.

I mean the guy is making $150k a year on a bare minimum of education.  In a field that is already massively outsourced.  It's not hard to imagine him getting outsourced.

IT stuff is way outta my lane, so I can't say. However I do hear stories all the time about Americans training their Indian replacements. And those replacements have big fancy degrees and will do the job for 3/4 less pay. I would damn sure have restless nights if that was hanging over me. And you can't trust corporate not to feck you over if it means more profit.

You were not wrong.  He seemed to want to brag about it, but then got very defensive when it was pointed out that it might not be sustainable.    Still, I always enjoyed stain's presence even with his personality quirks.  Hope he doesn't stay hidden forever.

Lots of IT folks could be in trouble with all the ZOOM going on. I know IT folks getting laid off. Hopefully stain can maintain his dream job cause he's a good cat!
