Looks like I am an rv owner now

Have had a fifth wheel camper at deer camp for years but it is immobile so it doesn't count.  My grandmother is done with splitting time between her house in Arizona and my parents place in Texas.  She bought a 33ft coachman Catalina to park at moms and asked me to buy it for well under book.

The daughter will live in it this summer while interning at a vet clinic and then I have to find a permanent place to park it

Is this where I ask the obligatory question about the shitter being full? Smile

That's cool that it can be a "free" apartment for a bit while you need it.

Ya it's a good deal, and could solve a living situation issue both this summer and next semester.

RVs are in BIG demand right now. I hear prices are high on them! Might wanna consider selling it when it no longer suits your needs!

My daughter has a friend who is living in one off campus and raves about how great it is as opposed to an apartment.    I think they are both crazy, after two weeks at deer camp I can't wait to GTFO of my camper and back into my house.

She will live in it in this summer at my mothers while interning at a equine vet and we will see after that.  If she hates it I will sell it if not I will park it somewhere near her college and let her live in meth-land while waiting for an F3 to take her off to Oz.  Hopefully it is the Michelle Williams version so when I go to get her back I get a chance to score with a hot witch.

Definitely, not for me. No desire at all to own a RV.

I've often thought it might be cool to rent one and take on a trip to Wally World. However I'm thinking maybe the family truckster might be a better option?!?!

An RV is just like a boat. Its definitely a hole you pour money in. That being said, we're on year 6 and still enjoying our 5th wheel. It helps we have 3 other families with campers we do trips with.
