Any of you assholes having trouble getting gas? I'm seeing line and lines on muh feed. Stock up and keep your heads down.
Just shows you hoe fragile the grid is. A simple attack on this pipeline would cripple the East Coast for months.

No trouble getting gas today here in NH. But the prices are up.

We've got some stations running out of gas in NC. I had less than a quarter tank in my truck and pulled up to my usual place. All the gas nozzels were bagged. There were a few of us diesel burners at the pumps and everyone came pulling in for gas due to us decoys. Created a small traffic jam. We're not critical yet. I saw other stations that were pumping gas, but another couple days, things will become a PITA.

To be fair I am not sure I can blame the administration for a private company getting hacked by a ransomware outfit. There is however, plenty more they can be blamed for.

We have known about the vulnerability since March, if you still have an instance of on prem exchange and haven't patched it there is nobody to blame but yourself

Most gas stations in the area are out. Long lines at the rest. *shrugs* I've got enough to last a week or two easily. Doesn't mean i'm not carrying a 5 foot length of hose on my belt at all times. I'll fuck siphon a horse to get right.

I heard once they turn that Louisiana pipeline back on it takes a week for gas to get to coast cause the fuel travels 5 mph. Crazy. Here in Iowa I saw more folks than normal filling up multiple 5 gallon cans after they filled their cars tank. I think that's a little Crazy. Prepping I guess?!
