I'll break out some Czerw's hot sausages and tap a Kveik DIPA that was brewed less than a week ago.
I'm livin the bachelor life as my bride is in Vegas for her sister's 50th on a girls trip.
Pretty much just being productive as feck in the yard.
I made some tater salad to take over to my brother's tomorrow, he is doing a brisket.
I've got chili on the stove...
Chuck roast
beef stock
crushed tomatoes
tomato paste
onions
jalapenos
garlic
coriander
chili powder
paprika
oregano
cumin
unsweetened cocoa powder
little cinnamon
bay leaves
no beans!

I mean I guess I would need to know more.
Also it's too damn hot for Chili.

Try it sometime. It's may not be a TX bowl of red but they're a legit ingredient.
