What y'all planning?  I'm thinking....

Skillet to oven Rosemary Filet Mignons or prime rib.
A small ham.
My famous funeral corn.
Taters....mashed/reds/hash brown casserole?
Broccoli salad
Green bean casserole

Pies.... pumpkin and french silk?
WTF is Funeral Corn?
Actual name is crockpot corn.  I call it funeral corn because I make it a lot for funeral luncheons at our Church. Everyone on the team raves about it.  Super easy to make, I've had probably 20+ people ask me for the recipe.  I did not come up with it, found it in Ronald McDonald House cookbook.  Here is the recipe....

Crock Pot Corn

40 ounces Frozen corn
2 sticks of butter
16 ounces cream cheese
4 Tablespoons sugar
12 Tablespoons water

Melt butter and cream cheese on low to medium heat on stovetop.  Stir  this mixture  and the other ingredients in your crockpot.  Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours stirring occasionally.
I think we'll probably grab a honey baked ham and roast some sort of piece of beef. Everyone I know has essentially decided they're done with turkey. Too much fuss to be mediocre at best. We'll definitely still do way too much mashed potatoes though. And family tradition dictates that somebody must make pickled eggs. The purple ones, legit Pennsylvania Dutch.
We are gonna roll rosemary prime rib now I'm thinking.....and ham.
No clue yet but I would like to punt the bird this year
As Elsa would say "Let it go". We typically don't do turkey cause of an allergy. Never missed it. We've done salmon, crab legs, prime rib, filet mignon, occasionally ham.
Thought for a 1/2 second to smoke a turkey but Ham is always sooo much better and easier.

I'm hosting this year so I wanna do an old school dressing and jiblet gravy.
Menu:
Chips and guac
Pumpkin Soup
Ham
corn casserole with japs
yeast rolls from scratch
dressing from scratch with cranberries on the side
turkey jiblet gravy
Yams
GB casserole my SIL makes that kinda meh

scratch cheesecake with heath bar crumbles

Not sure if I wanna add anything else.
Solid looking menu Mexas. Everybody post some pics of your dishes if you can!!!
