I've long made real pizza, and long made great pizza. This doesn't sound very unique other than being coal fired.
I'm not sure where you got the idea that I thought a regional chain was the best pizza ever. In Michigan, Jet's is miles above the usual chain pizza joints, and Detroit pizza (which I also love to make) is the best style out there. But this Connecticut pizza sounds like a minor twist on the issue Domino's/New York style, and since I effectively have a coal fired oven I might as well give it a shot.
