Actual name is crockpot corn. I call it funeral corn because I make it a lot for funeral luncheons at our Church. Everyone on the team raves about it. Super easy to make, I've had probably 20+ people ask me for the recipe. I did not come up with it, found it in Ronald McDonald House cookbook. Here is the recipe....
Crock Pot Corn
40 ounces Frozen corn
2 sticks of butter
16 ounces cream cheese
4 Tablespoons sugar
12 Tablespoons water
Melt butter and cream cheese on low to medium heat on stovetop. Stir this mixture and the other ingredients in your crockpot. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours stirring occasionally.
