Going to be a busy weekend
#1
Tomorrow is a crawfish boil that my daughter asked for.   Hey Mexas, remember that little kid, she turns 20 this week.   So I have 50lbs of crawfish and 10 lbs of big shrimp as well as a 15 lb brisket for the non-seafood eating pansies.

Sunday I talked my MIL out of the traditional ham for Easter and I a going to smoke a standing rib roast.

I always thought it was odd to worship a Jew by eating pork   Big Grin

Are you going to peel the leftover crawfish for some etoufee or jambalaya?

I qualify as a seafood eating pansy, but am happy to identify as "non-" if it means I get brisket!

You posted a pic of her the other day (perhaps even a year ago on the other place) and I couldn't get over how she's grown.

What did 50# of bugs set you back these days? I saw them @ 6.99 cooked this week.

Pics of all this grubbage?

Crawfish were 3.49 a lb, but my usual supplier was sold out so I got from the local brookshires and about 15% of em were dead so they ended up refunding me 50% of my costs.    Was more than a fair way to correct it.
