I have a cast iron comal and we really only use it for tortillas and flat bread.
Eating lots of fresh grouper and smoked fish spread this week. I baked the grouper in a little garlic butter with Old Bay and lemon on top. How do you all like to prepare seafood???
I don't know if Ken's Steakhouse ever made a proper steak, but their salad dressings are always top notch.
