All kinds of GREAT things can be done to make mac n cheese wonderful! I like using different cheeses, making a lobster or crab Mac, using taco meat. There's a great restaurant in Iowa City, Hudson's, that has several creative Mac n cheeses!!

I was grabbing a steak for breakfast this morning, and saw that flat irons were $19/lb…. For something that was known five years ago as “chuck.”

Next time I fire up the smoker I'm gonna throw on a block of cream cheese with Big Wills BBQ rub and a drizzle of olive oil!! Anybody ever smoke a block of cream cheese before?!?!
